Group work is ideal for finding out what this holistic, balancing work can offer, and seeing how it can be of use to you, without the need to commit to individual lessons. It's also friendly and fun, and there's a real advantage in learning and sharing experiences with others as you progress.
I combine a mix of very gentle physical activity with sitting and listening. There's plenty of variety, as well as an enjoyable and friendly atmosphere and you're welcome to participate and contribute to the group at any level you choose.

I offer one-to-one lessons, group work, talks & workshops.
